Dato’ Bruce Lim hosted dinner in conjunction with the visit by Ms. Christine Wong of JD.com. Guest of Honour was Deputy Minister of International Trade & Industry, Dr. Ong Kian Ming. The dinner took place at KL Tower’s Atmosphere 360. Also present were representatives from Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation, InvestKL, Ministry of Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs, Malaysia Productivity Corporation, as well as the President of Malaysia Retail Association, Mr. Kamal Kumar Kamdar and Deputy President of Malaysia Retail Chain Association (MRCA).
Earlier, Ms. Christine Wong also visited Matrade and met up with their CEO, Dato’ Wan Latiff and Deputy CEO, Puan Sharimaton Mat Saleh.
The plans for the formation of a Malaysia National Pavilion was discussed.
