A delegation of Malaysian entrepreneurs and senior management led by Dato’ Bruce Lim visited JD Headquarters in Beijing. The visit was organised by Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). The visitors were provided an insight into the JD ecosystem such as the X-Shop unmanned retail, 7Fresh omnichannel strategy, the Command Centre that receives critical real time data and drone technology for fulfilment.
