Dato’ Bruce Lim, who was then Chairman of the Productivity Nexus on Retail and F&B received a request from Minister of Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs, Dato’ Seri Saifuddin Nasution to meet up with JD.com’s representative, Ms. Christine Wong in conjunction with her visit to Malaysia.
The Minister welcomed JD’s interest in Malaysia and pledged the support of its endeavour to invest in the country in the form of approvals and licenses, as well as to encourage retailers to digitalise with the China retailer.
